I've ganked some random avatars from web design sites for us to use for now. If you want one, go find the avatar section on the User Control Panel and look them up under the gallery.

I selected avatars for everyone who didn't have one. 
I tried to match them to what I know of the person, but go ahead and change it if you don't like it. I just want everyone to have an avatar.
