Golems?
This would also apply to other, similar creatures, basicly any construct given the semblance of life through magic process. Do such things exist in Aserra?

Re: World
So Adun's north pole is a actual landmass, not just an ice cap? If so, it'd be rather colder up there then at our own. Also, one large globel ocean would be a prime spawning ground for storm systems. Both the eastern and western coastlands would probably be rocked by a couple of plus-sized hurricane...

Re: Kalesten - Kalestine Empire
I was thinking that magic has taken on a new role in Kalestine with the militerization. Part of the Imperial War Colledge in Kales is dedicated to training the War Weavers, sorcerers who are taught tactics and strategy so they can support the rank and file.

Re: Kalesten - Kalestine Empire
Alright, the muse is biting again! A quick suggestion: Militery service in Kalestine is compulsory, with both men and women of fighting age serving at least a two year tour in one of the branches. Members of noble families can pay others to serve in their stead, though some consider this practice un...

Re: Kalesten - Kalestine Empire
I knew she weren't dead! ;) The main suggestion I'd make is that Emperor Essat isn't evil. Aggressive and expansionist sure, but Serdens' death shouldn't have been just the chance he was waiting for. Beyond that, I have some ideas for the cities' designs and the composition of the empires' armies.

Re: Kalesten - Kalestine Empire
Do you have any specific plans for this nation, Z? I'd like to take a shot at it if nothing's already in the works.

North Kalesten: Notable Places Discussion
Use this thread to pose any questions, or make comments and suggestions on Notable Places: North Kalesten . [Re: Neutral Zone] Hmm, it occurs to me that if Kalestine is prepping to annex the barbarians, the Imperial side of the line might actually be rather busy, with scouts feeling out the land, t...

Re: Race Suggestions
Well, would a collection of JRPG-type "villian" races(pig-like, dog-like, etc) be too typical? I know we don't want a "Lodoss II" but I always thought they had a excellent stable of beastmen.
Sorry, I'm being real scatterbrained about this. I'd just hate to step on any toes.

Re: Race Suggestions
I've got a set of creatures that could be good candidates for the "monster" races. I'll post them up if you'd like. (I'm being tentitive about this 'cause people tell me I'm bossy about world-building. )
